WATCH: Alleged baby snatcher tried twice before, says detective arguing against bail

11 July 2025 | 10:24Police believe an alleged baby snatcher made two previous attempts to steal babies before being arrested for abducting a nine-day-old infant from his mother. Kidnapping accused, Sameemah Jacobs, made her second appearance in the Bellville Magistrates Court on Thursday, where her bail hearing commenced.
