[WATCH] School principal lays criminal charges against 3 politicians over false rape accusations

Jaco Pieterse, a school principal in the Eastern Cape, has filed criminal charges against EFF leader Julius Malema, ANC secretary-general Fikile Mbalula, and Eastern Cape Education MEC Fundile Gade. He accuses them of crimen injuria, as well as violating the Cybercrimes and Intimidation Acts, after they allegedly made false public accusations that he raped a seven-year-old pupil.
