[WATCH] 'We will make the city of Johannesburg ungovernable' - Residents protest over RDP houses

The Soweto residents, who are members of the Umphakathi Wesizwe organisation, are protesting against the slow allocation of RDP houses. The memorandum handed to the Joburg mayor’s office calls for the speedy allocation of houses for applicants who’ve been waiting since 1996.
